Enquanto as redes sociais apresentaram lentid\u00e3o e instabilidade, o aplicativo de mensagens instant\u00e2neas apresentava problemas no envio de arquivos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Segundo a plataforma Down Detector, que detecta problemas de queda e instabilidade em sites e apps, as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7aram a crescer exponencialmente \u00e0s 13h (hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia), com exce\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/conheca-o-whatsapp-business-e-suas-vantagens-para-pequenas-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WhatsApp<\/a> \u2014 nesse caso, o pico aconteceu por volta de 16h30. As queixas continuaram acumulando pelo resto da tarde, sendo que a instabilidade foi mais percebida no Instagram, registrando mais de 15 mil reclama\u00e7\u00f5es hoje.<\/p>\n<h2>Causa da instabilidade<\/h2>\n<p>Por meio de sua <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/facebook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">conta oficial no Twitter<\/a>, o Facebook publicou uma mensagem confirmando problemas na instabilidade. Enquanto isso, LinkedIn e Twitter se encontravam normais.<\/p>\n<p>Utilize as redes em funcionamento para comunicar a instabilidade para seus clientes. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel, tamb\u00e9m, usar o <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/e-mail-marketing-ainda-funciona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">e-mail marketing<\/a> para comunicar, de forma personalizada, e continuar o atendimento usando esse meio. Neste comunicado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio informar ao cliente todas as formas de atendimento dispon\u00edveis no momento, como telefone, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Dependendo do caso, voc\u00ea pode at\u00e9 tirar algum proveito de tais problemas. Um bom exemplo dessa possibilidade \u00e9 a a\u00e7\u00e3o da TIM em 2016, durante um epis\u00f3dio de bloqueio do aplicativo pela justi\u00e7a. Na ocasi\u00e3o, a operadora de celulares ofereceu o envio gratuito de SMS para todos seus clientes enquanto o mensageiro n\u00e3o voltava ao ar.<\/p>\n<p>Problemas em redes sociais ou outros servi\u00e7os digitais \u00e9 um risco que qualquer empresa com presen\u00e7a online corre.
