Para isso, algumas mudan\u00e7as ocorrer\u00e3o. Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o\/Google.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anteriormente, no GA Universal, era preciso apenas instalar o <em>tracking code<\/em>, todos os <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/eventos-de-e-commerce-em-2017\/\">eventos<\/a> eram personalizados e utilizados para criar metas, e s\u00f3 era poss\u00edvel atribuir Categoria, A\u00e7\u00e3o e R\u00f3tulo. No GA4 cada &#8220;<em>hit<\/em>&#8221; \u00e9 um evento por si s\u00f3, e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre os tipos de <em>hit<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemplos de eventos padr\u00f5es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>page_view<\/li><li>add_to_cart<\/li><li>begin_checkout<\/li><li>lead_generate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemplos de eventos personalizados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>assinou_newsletter<\/li><li>comprou_pamonha<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9tricas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a forma de coletar dados vai se transformar, a <strong>an\u00e1lise das m\u00e9tricas<\/strong> passar\u00e1 por mudan\u00e7as. Agora, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel <strong>avaliar a taxa de engajamento e a sess\u00e3o engajada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto \u00e0s formas de <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/web-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">convers\u00e3o<\/a>, elas ser\u00e3o feitas com base nos eventos e ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel escolher quais. O p\u00fablico-alvo tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 baseado em eventos, e haver\u00e1 ainda p\u00fablicos de predi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Integra\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel integrar o GA4 ao <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/palavras-negativas-google-ads\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Ads<\/a>, Merchant Center e Search Console, al\u00e9m do Ad Manager, BIGQuery, Display &amp; Video 360, Links do Google Play e Search Ads 360.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es do Google Ads<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/google-ads-para-e-commerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campanhas do Google Ads<\/a> no relat\u00f3rio Vis\u00e3o Geral da Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como no espa\u00e7o de trabalho de Publicidade, incluindo os relat\u00f3rios de Atribui\u00e7\u00e3o; acessar novas dimens\u00f5es do Google Ads no relat\u00f3rio Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de Usu\u00e1rios; importar convers\u00f5es do Google Analytics para a conta do Google Ads e melhorar o remarketing do Google Ads com os dados sobre p\u00fablico-alvo do Google Analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"314\" src=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/google-analytics-ga4-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7828\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/google-analytics-ga4-2.png 512w, https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/google-analytics-ga4-2-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/google-analytics-ga4-2-150x92.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption>Exemplo de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o das campanhas do Google Ads dentro do GA4.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es do Google Merchant Center<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a codifica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica ativada, os relat\u00f3rios do Google Analytics categorizam o tr\u00e1fego do Merchant Center a partir dos seguintes valores de dimens\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Plataforma de origem: <\/strong>Listagens gratuitas do <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/google-smart-shopping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shopping<\/a><\/li><li><strong>Fonte: <\/strong>Google<\/li><li><strong>Meio: <\/strong>Org\u00e2nico<\/li><li><strong>Campanha: <\/strong>listagens gratuitas do Shopping<\/li><li><strong>Agrupamento de canais padr\u00e3o: <\/strong>compras org\u00e2nicas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas caracter\u00edsticas v\u00e3o permitir a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de quantos usu\u00e1rios, sess\u00f5es e eventos foram originados de cliques de pesquisa org\u00e2nica do Google Merchant Center, assim como o n\u00famero de cliques, convers\u00f5es e a receita total que \u00e9 atribu\u00edda \u00e0 pesquisa org\u00e2nica de cliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es do Search Console&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no Search Console, dois novos relat\u00f3rios ser\u00e3o disponibilizados nas propriedades do GA4, sendo eles Consultas de Pesquisa Org\u00e2nica do Google e Tr\u00e1fego de Pesquisa Org\u00e2nica do Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O primeiro tem como foco exibir as consultas de pesquisa e as m\u00e9tricas associadas \u00e0 propriedade vinculada do Search Console. Voc\u00ea pode ter um app de educa\u00e7\u00e3o que est\u00e1 \u00e0 venda no Google Play e na App Store, al\u00e9m de um site para o produto. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel criar, por exemplo, uma propriedade apenas para o site ou para o aplicativo e o site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada propriedade poder\u00e1 ter at\u00e9 50 fluxos de dados (qualquer combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fluxos de apps e da Web), limitados a 30 fluxos de dados de apps. Sendo que um fluxo consiste no envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es do ponto de contato do cliente (por exemplo, <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/app-do-google-analytics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">app ou site<\/a>) para o Google Analytics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lembrando que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ter at\u00e9 100 contas no Analytics, identificadas por endere\u00e7os de e-mail do Google, sendo que cada uma delas aceita at\u00e9 100 propriedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>100 contas &gt; 100 propriedades em cada conta &gt; 50 fluxos de dados em cada propriedade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sendo assim, o GA4 vai administrar fluxos de dados separados para os pontos de <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/gerenciar-estrategias-de-fidelizacao-de-clientes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contato do cliente<\/a> que enviam dados \u00e0 propriedade. Enquanto que no Universal Analytics, uma propriedade s\u00f3 pode ser usada em um site, e tem vistas em vez de fluxos de dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para quem \u00e9 cliente Google Analytics 360, \u00e9 permitido criar tamb\u00e9m mais dois tipos de propriedades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/11525732\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Subpropriedades<\/strong><\/a><strong>: <\/strong>respons\u00e1veis por receber os dados de outra propriedade cujas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, normalmente, s\u00e3o um subconjunto dos dados na propriedade de origem;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/11526039\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Propriedades de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o completa<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong> t\u00eam como finalidade coletar os dados de v\u00e1rias outras propriedades, permitindo uma vis\u00e3o abrangente de <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/como-tirar-fotos-de-produtos-para-seu-e-commerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">produtos<\/a>, marcas ou regi\u00f5es da empresa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/conteudo.nacao.digital\/data-driven-customer-relationship\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_content=banner-fino-retencao-de-cliente&amp;utm_campaign=google-analytics-ga4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"100\" src=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/data-driven-customer-relationship-1.jpg\" alt=\"data-driven-customer-relationship\" class=\"wp-image-6086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/data-driven-customer-relationship-1.jpg 750w, https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/data-driven-customer-relationship-1-300x40.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Migrando para o <\/strong><strong>Google Analytics 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Google alerta ainda que, quanto antes acontecer a migra\u00e7\u00e3o, mais <a href=\"https:\/\/nacao.digital\/blog\/black-friday-com-o-inbound-commerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>insights<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>e dados hist\u00f3ricos poder\u00e3o ser coletados. Por\u00e9m, antes de come\u00e7ar a migra\u00e7\u00e3o para o Google Analytics 4, \u00e9 preciso verificar se voc\u00ea tem uma <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/11583832\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">propriedade do Universal Analytics<\/a> e realizar os seguintes passos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1. Pense na estrutura da conta<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2. Crie uma propriedade do GA4 e um fluxo de dados<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3. Colete dados do site e do app<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>4. Ative os Indicadores do Google<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>5. Configure convers\u00f5es<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6. Adicione usu\u00e1rios<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>7. Vincule ao Google Ads&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>8. Migre os p\u00fablicos-alvo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>9. Valide suas convers\u00f5es<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>10. Importe convers\u00f5es para o Google Ads e d\u00ea lances<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>11.
